You were certainly on my list of people to contact regarding our wonderful tour of Tivoli. We cannot say enough positive things about Luciano. He was superb. He arrived at the port early, in spite of some terrible traffic and long lines. He was very professional and knowledgeable, while still being very warm and friendly. Because we left out Ostia, he was able to show us some things in Rome that we never would have seen, as they were "off the beaten path". Our overall experience with him was first-rate. We will definitely recommend you and Luciano to friends. In fact, we have friends who are travel agents and will definitely tell them about your service. If we are ever in the area again (which I hope we will be), we will definitely contact you.
